DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Printables Granny specializes primarily in digital downloads.

Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise:

No physical item will be shipped.

Your purchase provides access to the digital files or digital content described in the product listing.

Please review the product description and images carefully before purchasing.

REFUND POLICY

Because digital products can normally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the files or digital content have been delivered or made available.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please contact me if:

  • You received the wrong file
  • A file is damaged or corrupted
  • A file is missing from your purchase
  • There is a significant error in the product
  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase

I will review the circumstances and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

CHANGE-OF-MIND PURCHASES

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refunds are generally not provided simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the product
  • You purchased the wrong size or format when that information was clearly stated in the listing
  • You do not have compatible software or equipment
  • You expected a physical product when the listing clearly stated that the item was digital

Please contact me if you are uncertain about a product before purchasing.

PRINTING

Printed colours may vary from the colours displayed on your screen.

Results can also vary depending on:

  • Your printer
  • Ink or toner
  • Paper
  • Printer settings
  • Device or monitor settings

These normal printing variations are not considered product defects.

PERSONAL USE LICENCE

Unless the product listing or an included licence expressly says otherwise, your Printables Granny purchase includes a licence for personal use only.

You may:

  • Download the files for your own use
  • Print copies for your own household or permitted personal activity
  • Use qualifying party or game printables at your own personal event
  • Use qualifying classroom resources with your own class when permitted by the product description

You may not:

  • Resell the digital files
  • Give or email the digital files to someone else
  • Upload them to file-sharing sites
  • Share them in membership sites or online groups
  • Sell printed copies unless commercial use is specifically permitted
  • Alter the design and resell it as your own
  • Use individual graphics or elements extracted from a finished product to create products for sale
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original design

COMMERCIAL OR PLR PRODUCTS

If Printables Granny offers a product with commercial-use, PLR, editable or other expanded rights, the licence supplied with that particular product will explain those rights.

Those product-specific licence terms override the standard Personal Use Licence for that particular product only.

Do not assume that purchasing an editable product automatically includes resale or commercial-use rights.

SHARING PURCHASES

Please do not share purchased digital files with friends, family members, colleagues or online groups.

If someone else would like their own copy, please direct them to Printables Granny so they can purchase or download it themselves.

Your support allows this small business to continue creating new products.
