Are these physical products?

No. Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, Printables Granny products are digital downloads.

No physical item will be mailed to you.

How do I receive my files?

After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to the digital files included with your order.

Depending on the product, this may include PDF files, printable pages, editable templates, links, or other digital resources.

Please save a copy of your files after downloading them so you can easily access them again later.

What size are the printables?

The sizes included are listed in each product description.

Many Printables Granny products are provided in US Letter size, and some also include A4 or other sizes.

Please check the individual listing before purchasing.

Can I print the files at home?

Yes.

Most printable products can be printed at home using a standard printer.

You may also use a local or online printing service if you prefer.

For best results, use good-quality paper and your printer’s highest-quality setting when appropriate.

Why do the printed colours look slightly different?

Colours can vary depending on your monitor, printer, ink, paper and printer settings.

This is normal with digital products and home printing.

Can I edit the files?

Some products are editable and others are ready-to-print only.

If a product is editable, the listing will explain what can be changed and what software or platform is required.

Please do not assume that every printable can be edited.

Do I need Canva?

Only if the product specifically includes a Canva template or states that Canva is required.

Many Printables Granny products are simple PDF downloads and do not require Canva.

Can I use these products commercially?

Unless the product listing or licence specifically says otherwise, Printables Granny products are for personal use only.

Can I share the files with someone else?

No.

Your purchase is for your own permitted use.

Please do not email, upload, share or redistribute the digital files to other people.

If someone else would like a copy, please send them to Printables Granny so they can purchase their own.

Can I get a refund?

Because digital products are normally available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the files have been delivered or made accessible.

However, if you receive the wrong file, encounter a technical problem, or find a genuine issue with your purchase, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
