These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of PrintablesGranny.com and purchases made directly through the Printables Granny website.
By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold through Printables Granny are digital products.
No physical product will be mailed or shipped.
Product descriptions explain what is included with each purchase. Please review the description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
2. Product Display
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper and printer settings.
Printables Granny makes reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe each product, but printed results may differ slightly from images displayed online.
3. Downloads and Access
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address when purchasing
- Downloading and saving purchased files
- Having suitable software or equipment to open and print the files
- Maintaining their own backup copy of downloaded products
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased file, please contact Printables Granny for assistance.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the products, designs, text, graphics, printable files and other original content available through Printables Granny remain the intellectual property of Printables Granny and/or their respective licensors.
Purchasing or downloading a product gives you a licence to use that product according to the terms provided with it.
Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design or digital file to the purchaser.
5. Acceptable Use
Unless a product listing or included licence specifically states otherwise, Printables Granny products are intended for personal use only.
You may print copies for your own permitted personal use.
You may not:
- Resell the digital files
- Share, distribute or give the digital files to others
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites or shared drives for public access
- Claim the designs as your own
- Copy or reproduce the product for resale
- Use the files to create another digital product for sale
- Sell, sublicense or redistribute any editable source files
- Use Printables Granny artwork or designs to create competing products
If a particular product includes different licensing terms, those product-specific terms will apply to that product.
6. Educational and Group Use
Some Printables Granny products are designed for classrooms, parties, senior centres, family gatherings or similar activities.
Where indicated by the product description or licence, the purchaser may print the product for use with their own class, group, event or household.
This does not permit redistribution of the digital file to other teachers, organizations, customers or third parties unless specifically stated.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to paid digital products is provided.
8. Errors and Technical Problems
If a product contains a genuine error or you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact Printables Granny.
Whenever reasonably possible, I will work with you to correct the problem or provide the proper file.
9. Website Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep PrintablesGranny.com and purchased products available, but uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are encouraged to download purchased products and keep their own backup copies.
10. Third-Party Services
Some portions of Printables Granny rely on third-party services, including website hosting, digital delivery, payment processing and email services.
Printables Granny is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Printables Granny will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a digital product or this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any consumer rights that must apply under the laws governing a particular transaction.
